What this covers

These terms apply to your use of theproductionreport.co.uk and any subscription you take out with The Production Report Limited.

The service

The Production Report publishes news stories about forthcoming, UK-based scripted screen projects. Full access is available to paying subscribers on a monthly or annual plan, currently £40 a month or £420 a year.

The Production Report is a B2B offering, provided exclusively to customers acting for purposes relating to their business, trade, craft or other professional activities. It is not available for personal or consumer use. By subscribing, you confirm that you are acting for such business or professional purposes and not as a consumer.

Payment and renewal

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance and processed securely by Stripe. Monthly and annual plans renew automatically until cancelled.

Subscriptions are subject to acceptance by us; we reserve the right to refuse service where lawful to do so. Only UK-based subscriptions will be accepted.

Refunds

Unless otherwise agreed, refunds are not provided once payment has been made and the service has been accessed.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store or have access to your full payment card details. You can read Stripe's privacy policy at: https://stripe.com/gb/privacy.

Cancelling

To cancel your subscription, sign in and go to your account page, then choose to cancel your subscription from there.

Your access continues until the end of the period you've already paid for, and it won't renew after that.

Acceptable use

You agree not to share your paid account or login with people who have not subscribed, and not to republish or resell our content without permission.

Our content

All articles, analysis, and other content on the site belong to The Production Report or its contributors, unless stated otherwise. You may not copy or redistribute paid content without our written permission.

Liability

We work to keep the information on the site accurate, but we cannot guarantee it is complete or error free at all times.

We will provide the services as described on our website or agreed in writing. We may modify, suspend or discontinue services where reasonably necessary for operational, legal or commercial reasons.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will post any changes here.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of London have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
